Senior management refers to the group of high-level executives in an organization who are responsible for strategic decision-making and overseeing the overall direction of the company. This typically includes positions such as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and other executive roles. Senior managers set organizational goals, allocate resources, and ensure that business objectives are met.
