Le ou la gestionnaire de comptes clés (GCC) est responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs de ventes et de profits pour des clients régionaux du Québec.

Le ou la GCC supervise l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des plans d’affaires pour les clients qui lui sont attribués. La personne sélectionnée cherchera à harmoniser et à intégrer les stratégies de catégories et des marques aux stratégies des clients en veillant à bien comprendre les objectifs de rentabilité de PepsiCo Canada Aliments Canada afin d’en favoriser l’atteinte.

Par ailleurs, elle doit avoir une connaissance approfondie des tendances commerciales, de la dynamique du marché, des conditions économiques, du développement des comptes de clients, des activités concurrentielles, des leçons à tirer de situations antérieures dans la catégorie et d’autres facteurs connexes pour recommander des améliorations ainsi que des solutions novatrices pour les activités commerciales. Responsabilites
  • Superviser l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de volume prévu et de profits (revenu net en dollars, contribution marginale en dollars, contribution marginale en pourcentage) d’une manière conforme aux orientations stratégiques de l’organisation.
  • Gérer efficacement le processus de transmission de l’information entre les principaux contacts d’affaires tout en cherchant continuellement à améliorer l’efficacité des propositions d’exécution et à assurer la qualité de la mise en œuvre sur le terrain.
  • Déployer les stratégies d’affaires clés pour permettre d’améliorer le positionnement de nos marques auprès des consommatrices et consommateurs en tirant profit de notre compréhension supérieure de nos clients.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie des stratégies, plans d’affaires, pratiques et processus de Save on Foods dans le but d’optimiser les résultats commerciaux.

  • Profonde compréhension des conditions de marché qui influencent les résultats du client (obligatoire). Habiletés clés pour réussir : perspective stratégique, planification commerciale, gestion des conflits, communication efficace, gestion de l’influence et connaissances financières.
  • Excellentes habiletés de vente et de négociation. 
  • Grandes habiletés en communication interpersonnelle et approche affirmative, proactive et analytique dans un contexte de vente. 
  • Capacité à travailler au sein d’une équipe.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expérience diversifiée, notamment dans les domaines des ventes et de la gestion des ventes, ainsi que dans divers réseaux.

Key Account Manager – is accountable for the delivery of sales and profit objectives with Quebec Regional Account.

The KAM is responsible for the effective development and implementation of the customer business plans for assigned customers. The successful incumbent will endeavor to align and integrate category and brand strategies with customer strategies in an effort to understand and drive profitability objectives for PepsiCo Foods Canada.

The successful incumbent will have expert knowledge of business trends, market dynamics, economic conditions, customer development, competitive activities, historical category learning etc., in recommending improvements and innovative solutions to trade-based activities. This position encompasses ownership of the forecasting process, including financial reconciliations, forecast review, critical path development, and report generation.
