Elle est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de comptes majeurs pour prendre en charge et développer des partenariats stratégiques avec des clients clés, en misant sur la croissance rentable, l’excellence d’exécution et une approche axée sur les données.
Fonctions Essentielles :
  • Être responsable de la relation commerciale globale avec les comptes assignés, en atteignant les objectifs de volume, de rentabilité et de part de marché
  • Développer et exécuter des plans d’affaires clients alignés avec les stratégies de marque, de catégorie et de l’entreprise
  • Agir comme point de contact principal auprès des clients et bâtir des relations solides avec les équipes de marchandisage, opérations, chaîne d’approvisionnement et finances
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie compte à l’aide d’analyses de performance, de prix, de promotions et d’insights consommateurs
  • Gérer les stratégies de prix et d’investissements promotionnels afin d’assurer une exécution efficace et un retour sur investissement optimal
  • Assurer une distribution complète du portefeuille de produits et maximiser la visibilité et l’exécution en magasin

  • Diplôme universitaire, collégial ou expérience pertinente équivalente
  • Solides compétences commerciales, analytiques et de négociation
  • Expérience démontrée dans l’élaboration et l’exécution de plans d’affaires clients

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic retail partnerships, driving profitable growth through strong customer relationships, disciplined execution, and data-driven planning.
Essentials Functions:
  • Own the commercial relationship for assigned key retail accounts, delivering volume, profitability, and share growth
  • Build and execute customer business plans aligned with brand, category, and corporate objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, developing strong relationships across merchandising, operations, supply chain, and finance
  • Lead account strategy using performance, pricing, promotional, and shopper insights
  • Manage pricing and trade investment strategies to ensure effective promotional execution and ROI
  • Drive distribution, shelf presence, and execution across the full product portfolio
  • Work with retail execution teams to support merchandising, pricing, and in-store compliance
  • Monitor competitive activity and in-store execution to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Support forecasting and demand planning through ongoing analysis of shipments, inventory, and sales data
  • Provide regular performance updates and business reviews
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within CPG or a related consumer-driven industry
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and analytical skills
  • Experience building and executing customer business plans
  • Results-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence both internally and externally
  • Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required
