Job Description

We are currently seeking an Account Manager, Automotive Service Centers & Dealerships to cover the Greater Montreal Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives and expansion plans.
  • Create and execute action plans to identify the full potential of the assigned territory.
  • Monitor progress against action plans and provide regular reports on ongoing sales activities and account-related challenges.
  • Manage territory activities to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead the entire account development process, from identifying key decision-makers to securing or renewing major contracts.
  • Maintain a disciplined account management and follow-up process using a CRM system.
  • Actively participate in corporate events within the assigned territory.
  • Advise clients and prospects on the various product brands offered by the company in line with business objectives.
  • Present and ensure understanding of tire purchasing programs and manufacturer programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the tire industry.
  • Conduct competitive market analyses and share findings with the team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with tire manufacturers and sales representatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven outside sales experience (required).
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling and win-win negotiations to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels of an organization, including executive-level contacts within prospective and existing clients.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven approach.
  • Customer-focused with excellent listening skills.
  • Highly organized in identifying opportunities and following through on account activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingualism (French and advanced English) is considered an asset due to the organization's national operations and the need for effective communication across regions.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
