Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment, with proven expertise in managing recruitment teams, handling multiple client accounts, and driving successful delivery. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, mentor recruiters, collaborate with account managers and clients, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and consistently meets delivery goals while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve recruitment and delivery targets.
Own the delivery process for multiple client accounts, ensuring timely fulfillment of technical hiring requirements.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and evaluate technical skills, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through onboarding.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, conduct regular review sessions, and support recruiter development.
Track recruitment metrics, submission quality, interview ratios, and placement success to improve delivery performance.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified IT professionals across various technologies.
