Position Overview
As an Assistant General Manager overseeing the Purchasing department, youโ€™ll lead all inventory control, pricing discipline, and compliance-related operations while serving as a Manager on Duty. This position is responsible for safeguarding company assets, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all firearm and operational compliance standards are executed without exception.
While this role is operationally focused, the Purchasing AGM remains a floor leader and senior decision-maker when acting as MOD, supporting sales execution, customer experience, and overall facility performance.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead all inventory intake, receiving, and reconciliation processes.
  • Set and maintain retail pricing standards to protect margin and profitability.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, and shrink prevention.
  • Manage replenishment requests and coordinate purchasing activity.
  • Conduct weekly audits to confirm compliance, safety, and financial accuracy.
  • Maintain strong compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate completion of firearm transactions, including FFL transfers and ATF Form 4473s.
  • Train, coach, and hold associates accountable for inventory control and compliance standards.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, supporting the overall operation and guest experience
