Senior Game Recruiter Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Importance of the Role

Matic is seeking a Recruiter to support our dynamic hiring needs across the entire organization. This role will partner with Matic leaders and executives to recruit, assess, and hire talent across insurance sales, customer service, and other departments. 

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities 

• Full Cycle Recruiting - own the end-to end recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience 
• Active Sourcing - leveraging your network and social recruiting strategies to attract top talent to Matic. This is not a post and coast role
• Strategic planning -  develop and execute long-term hiring strategies designed to elevate the performance of supported business units
• Data driven - our success isn't generated by luck, instead we obsess over the details and study our data to understand how we can improve our candidate approach

Requirements 

• 1-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with sales recruiting experience 
• Experience working directly with hiring leaders to shape assessment and interview processes
• Experience in developing and executing active candidate sourcing strategies; leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple hiring manager, departments and seniority levels of an organization including sales and customer service
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) + HRIS software (BambooHR preferred)
• Located in Columbus, Ohio and able to commute to our office in the Brewery District for a hybrid work schedule

• Base Salary: $60,000-95,000 based on experience
