Who are we and what do we do?

Nxt Level is a team of world-class head hunters. We recruit for some of the best brands in the world. As we grow, we have taken on new clients ranging from technology to video games. We have recently added a legal division to our team. Therefore, we’re actively looking for a born salesperson interested in joining our legal recruitment team.

The type of person that’s going to thrive in this role is self-motivated to win. They’ll work collaboratively with a team, but understand that their results are directly related to their own effort and dedication to improve.

What we look for in a Recruiter:

  1. Passionate: you enjoy learning about and leveraging technology. You thrive on creating goals and exceeding expectations. You live for meeting new people and networking.

  • You can provide an example of a time where you fought to be excellent. You can showcase that you’ve been able to be a top performer in the past. This can be professional experience in a previous sales role or experience in High School / University on a Varsity Sport, President of a Club, or Lead a significant achievement in an internship.

  • Passionate about healthy competition and thick skin. You can handle rejection.
