Job Description

The net.AMERICA Corporation is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst who will collect and analyze business requirements, interview stakeholders, and develop user stories for new agile project. In addition, this position requires strong communication, writing and presentation skills.  

Qualifications

Responsibilities, but not limited to: 

Serve as the Lead Functional Analyst for new agile development project. This includes driving the agile development of the user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions and sizing. (30%)

Facilitate meetings with the government client to prioritize and validate stated requirements (20%)

Utilize rational tools i.e. Clear Quest, Requisite Pro and RTC (10%)

Coordinate with the technical architect, developers and client subject matter experts to ensure requirements are understood (10%)

Perform testing and develop use/test cases (10%)

Assist the Work Order Project Manager (20%)


Required Skills:

3+ yrs. agile requirement experience including use stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions and sizing

3+ yrs. agile planning experience including product, release, sprint and daily tasks planning

2+ yrs. leading sprints experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Must be able to work independently with little guidance and supervision 


Preferred Skills

2+ years of experience with ReqPro and RTC

2+ years of experience with ClearQuest

2+ years of experience with SELC
