Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant provides personal secretarial clerical and administrative support services to multiple senior executives. The role will require a thorough knowledge of the senior executives' areas of responsibility to gather data and prepare reports answer correspondence conduct projects and so forth. This highly professional individual will interact with Board Members Broward Health Executives Community Leaders and other high-level contacts.
Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
  • Four years of related experience required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience assisting multiple senior executives simultaneously strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word PowerPoint and especially Excel strongly desired.
  • Experience with Axiom UKG Pro Service Now Compliance 360 a plus.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while performing duties and interacting with individuals highly sought-after.
