Job Description Senior Electrical Project Manager Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team. Compensation & Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Manage project teams, including field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing project challenges
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of RFIs, change orders, and submittals
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing progress updates and addressing concerns
  • Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project managers and field teams
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor
  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Stable work history
  • Proficiency with project management software is a plus
