Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale mission-critical and data center electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who excels at managing complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting client relationships. As the demand for mission-critical infrastructure continues to accelerate, you'll play a key role in delivering some of the industry's most challenging and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and executive leadership.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Support business development and preconstruction efforts when needed.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Experience leading mission-critical, data center, or large commercial projects.
  • Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven success managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
