LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing commercial electrical contractor in New Mexico to identify an experienced
Electrical Division Manager. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven professional ready to lead a commercial electrical division and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the organization.
Position OverviewThe Electrical Division Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the commercial electrical division, including estimating, project management, field operations, safety, and overall construction execution. This role oversees the successful delivery of projects while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
This is a highly visible, forward-facing leadership role with expectations to represent the organization professionally within the industry and local community.
Key ResponsibilitiesDivision Leadership and StrategyLead and manage the commercial electrical division, including estimating, project execution, and field operations
Partner with the estimating team to pursue, secure, and manage projects within the division
Provide strategic leadership to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Project and Operational OversightEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements
Oversee project management teams and field leadership to maintain consistent execution standards
Monitor project performance, financial outcomes, and operational metrics
Client and Industry EngagementServe as a senior representative of the organization with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships to support repeat business and long-term growth
Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness
Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, mentor, and support project managers, estimators, and field leadership
Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture
Encourage collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement
QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry
Licensed Journeyman Electrician required (New Mexico)
Electrical Contractor's License preferred
Strong understanding of commercial electrical contracting operations
Demonstrated business acumen and leadership capability
Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively
