As we continue to expand our presence within mission-critical and data center construction, we are launching Division 26 – Electrical Workforce Solutions. This role will be instrumental in

building and leading that division from the ground up.

Position Summary

The Electrical Division Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions’ Electrical Workforce Division. This individual will oversee business development, customer relationships, recruiting strategy, workforce planning, field

  • operations, and financial performance for the division.
  • The ideal candidate has extensive experience in data center electrical construction and possesses strong industry relationships with electrical contractors, superintendents, foremen,

    and electricians nationwide. This role is designed for a builder—someone who can create systems, drive revenue growth, and establish Archetype as a premier workforce partner to the

    electrical construction industry.

    This position does not oversee electrical contracting operations. The focus is workforce solutions, labor delivery, recruiting excellence, and customer success.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Division Leadership
  • Work in partnership with the leadership team to develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Division 26.
  • Establish operational processes, standards, and performance metrics.
  • Build and lead a scalable electrical workforce organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on division goals, forecasting, and expansion plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, deployment, and
  • retention.

    Business Development & Client Relations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, data center builders, and missioncritical construction firms.
  • Identify opportunities to crosssell electrical workforce solutions to existing customers.
  • Support contract negotiations, workforce planning discussions, and client expansion efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key electrical customers.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Recruiting & Workforce Development
  • Build a nationwide recruiting strategy focused on:
  • Electricians
  • Electrical Apprentices
  • Foremen
  • General Foremen
  • Superintendents
  • Partner with our internal recruiting team to develop candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in recruiting highlevel field leadership and critical project personnel.
  • Develop workforce retention and engagement programs.
  • Create career pathing and development opportunities for field employees.
  • Operations & Project Support
  • Oversee workforce deployment across multiple projects nationwide.
  • Coordinate with operations, payroll, compliance, and recruiting departments.
  • Ensure projects are staffed according to customer requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor workforce utilization, project performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated workforce, performance, and customerrelated issues.
  • Safety, Compliance & Training
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations.
  • Partner with safety leadership to maintain OSHA compliance and industry best practices.
  • Develop onboarding and training programs specific to electrical personnel.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ensure all required certifications and training records remain current.
  • Financial Management
  • Manage division revenue, gross profit, and budget performance.
  • Develop workforce pricing strategies in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and longterm planning.

    Required
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in electrical construction, workforce management, staffing, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of data center and missioncritical construction environments.
  • Experience managing teams, projects, or business units.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
  • Experience working with major electrical contractors and data center builders.

  • Existing network of electrical professionals and industry contacts.
  • Experience launching or scaling a business unit, division, or operational department.
