Job description

Due to growth, they are looking to bring on a Senior Development Manager to help manage and oversee a significant Multifamily / Mixed-Use Development in South Florida. This person will play a key role in helping manage a 3-4 year multi-phase residential, master planned development that is one of the largest and most significant projects in all of South Florida and will be a significant resume builder.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required, masterโ€™s degree in real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience managing institutional, mid-rise, or high-rise multifamily development projects.
  • Must be an excellent communicator and team player
