Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Warwick, RI
Job Type: 6-Month Initial Contract
Work Arrangement: Remote after Initial Onsite Training
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warwick, RI. This is a 6-month initial contract opportunity that will begin with required onsite training, followed by a transition to a remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred. Experience within the insurance industry is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional assistance.
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Explain policies, procedures, and account information clearly.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
