Job description

Advertiser Support is looking for a skilled Curriculum Developer with a track record of success in supporting ad agencies. You'll work with a highly collaborative team of learning and performance professionals to build the skills of our programmatic support specialists and managers.
This is a great opportunity to support a growing team with your talents as a designer, developer, and communicator. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning, from needs analysis through reporting of outcomes to senior leadership.
Our team is committed to creating dynamic, engaging, effective learning content that scales and generates results-while having fun and learning from each other.
Key job responsibilities
* 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience (in any capacity)
* Work backwards from agency customer and with business stakeholders to identify needs for learning interventions
* Design innovative learning solutions that focus on behavioral outcomes
* Develop sophisticated learning content using advanced multimedia tools
* Proactively identify performance gaps and propose learning interventions
* Contribute to process change to eliminate the need for learning interventions
* Share expertise in eLearning and Instructional Design with more junior team members

Support Products & Services provides robust customer services for advertisers ranging from small business owners to deeply experienced traders at large global ad agencies. Our associates must be able to not just resolve day-to-day issues, but also see around corners to provide strategic advice to ensure our advertisers get the most impact from their marketing bugets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience
- Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Vyond, and Captivate and other video editing and graphic design software
- Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience focused on Adult Learning Theory, including 1) virtual training facilitation and dealing with remote teams, and 2) delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting
- 7+ years of professional experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- 3+ years of performance in an online advertising role and familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Design Principles, Learning Science, Educational Psychology or a related field
- Experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
