Position Overview

Circle Logistics is seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to join our Atlanta, GA team. This role operates in a cradle-to-grave brokerage environment, meaning you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your accounts-from prospecting and securing new customers to managing freight execution and maintaining long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in owning their accounts from the first call through successful load delivery.

This is a remote role to start. Once our office opens in the greater Atlanta area, the role will be an on-site position.

We're hiring an experienced Freight Account Manager in Atlanta, GA, a high-growth, financially stable organization that has never had an unprofitable month: strong leadership, a proven model, and real opportunity for advancement.

What This Role Is:

• This is a true cradle-to-grave freight account management position. You own the shipment and the customer relationship from beginning to end.
• Manage freight from quoting and booking through pickup and final delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding pricing, capacity, shipment updates, delays, and service concerns.
• Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers.
• Source and secure qualified carrier capacity.
• Book, dispatch, and track active shipments.
• Resolve missed appointments, service failures, capacity issues, and other freight-related problems.
• Maintain accurate shipment information within the TMS.
• Build and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships.
• Retain and grow existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume, expand lanes, and improve account profitability.

This is not a position where freight is handed off after the sale. You remain involved throughout the entire shipment and are responsible for delivering a strong customer experience from beginning to end.
