Per Diem Schedule:
As a Per diem/PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be working on an as-needed basis, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work hours.
Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a skilled nursing facility in East Prairie, MO, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by helping them to achieve their maximum potential in physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
  • Conduct therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living skills
  • Use occupational therapy modalities such as adaptive equipment, splinting, and energy conservation techniques
