Job description

About Suno
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfilment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it's incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has quickly grown to 200 employees while empowering more than 100 million people to create original songs. In 2026, we raised a $400 million Series D at a $5.4 billion valuation to continue building innovative products that amplify creativity and imagination.
About the Role
We're hiring our second addition to the Content Operations team to continue building our support for licensed content, supporting the operational infrastructure that will power Suno's licensed music future. This is a mission-critical role at an inflection point in our company's growth, and a rare opportunity to help establish the operational backbone of a fast-growing music technology company from the ground up.
As we partner with major rightsholders, we need systems and processes to handle licensed content ingestion at scale, rights tracking and attribution, opt-in management, reporting workflows, and compliance with licensing agreements and industry-standard delivery formats.
You'll be a key player: participating in critical decisions about what to build, working directly with rightsholders, distributors, labels, and publishers. This role will directly enable Suno's most important strategic partnerships and shape how the music industry approaches licensed AI platforms.

  • Support rights tracking and attribution workflows that support proper compensation to rightsholders
  • Contribute to operational KPIs including content quality, processing efficiency, ingestion SLAs, and compliance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and partner satisfaction

  • Serve as primary operational contact for content partners, labels, publishers, distributors, and their delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Licensing, Legal, Business Affairs, and Artist Relations on rights management workflows and partner requirements
  • Represent Content Operations in cross-functional initiatives, partnership discussions, and strategic planning

What You'll Need

  • Strong project management skills managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
