A Snapshot of Your Day
This role focuses on bridging the gap between market data, product strategy, and sales execution to drive regional competitiveness in the onshore wind sector. You will act as the go-to expert for competitor movements, customer insights, and financial modeling, ensuring that leadership makes data-driven decisions and the sales team is fully equipped to win deals. Additionally, you will serve as a vital link between regional market realities and global marketing strategies.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Strategic Intel: Gather and analyze competitor portfolios, pricing, and market share to deliver high-impact updates to regional leadership.
  • Win-Loss & VoC: Lead win-loss reviews to uncover competitive gaps and champion the "Voice of the Customer" to shape product development and pricing.
  • Sales Enablement: Support account managers with customer presentations, trade show messaging, and tailored product insights to help close deals.
  • Team Training: Train sales teams on wind economics, financial modeling tools, and competitive intelligence to build stronger commercial capabilities.
  • Data & Alignment: Maintain accurate competitor data in Salesforce and align regional market realities with global marketing frameworks.
What You Bring
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Marketing is a plus.
โ€ข Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
โ€ข Relevant Expertise: Experience in Market Intelligence and/or Product Marketing is advantageous.
โ€ข Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
โ€ข Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred
โ€ข Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business case evaluation is considered a plus.
โ€ข Analytical Capabilities: Demonstrated strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
โ€ข Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working in a matrix organization, collaborating across regional sales teams and global marketing functions. International mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trust-based relationships both internally and externally.
