How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the intake, review and refinement of commission system requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps and supporting solution design and delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements to development teams, proactively managing milestones, dependencies and risks
  • Develop and execute test strategies, coordinate validation processes and ensure solutions meet business specifications and quality standards
  • Evaluate system change requests, assess business and technical impacts and identify dependencies across applications and processes
  • Manage complex application requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and user experiences
