Job description

Sr. Commercial Credit Analyst

Our client is seeking to fill a Hybrid Remote Sr. Commercial Credit Analyst role in the Roswell, GA area. The position is responsible for working closely with Relationship Managers and Credit Leadership to structure, underwrite, and monitor commercial credit relationships in alignment with risk appetite, Credit Policy, and OCC regulatory standards. This position comes with a generous salary of up to $105K and full benefits package.

Sr. Commercial Credit Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Analyze financial statements, global cash flow, DSCR, leverage, liquidity, and collateral coverage.
  • Perform comprehensive underwriting for C&I, CRE, SBA, ABL, and specialized lending products.
  • Identify policy exceptions and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support participation, lending, and strategic credit initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and emerging risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare clear, regulator-ready credit approval packages and risk ratings.
  • Assist with internal/external loan reviews and OCC examinations.
  • Support stress testing, concentration analysis, and watch-list management.
  • Partner with lenders to structure sound, customer-focused credit solutions.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Must have prior banking experience (community or regional bank preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting and regulatory expectations.
  • 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
