Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand TORSH's early childhood market presence in key segments, including state agencies, regional governments, non-profits, school systems, and early childhood providers.

  • Deep understanding of early childhood education systems, including early care, preschool education, early intervention, and state or regional program models.
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS-based professional development tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM, Gong, Asana, and Google Tools Suite.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities with precision.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data-informed decision-making.
