We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to provide L3 application support across production and non-production environments. The role requires strong Java and React.js expertise, along with experience in observability, dashboarding, troubleshooting, and incident triage. The engineer will help maintain application stability, performance, and reliability while collaborating with development and cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide L3 application support for production and non-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Java and React.js expertise.
  • Implement observability practices to monitor application health and performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for application metrics and performance monitoring.
  • Triage complex issues and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive actions.
  • Assist with application deployment and configuration across environments.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
Mandatory Skills
