Your Role on Our Team:
As an EDI Senior Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to internal business teams, distributors and customers by supporting and optimizing EDI integrations and business processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and support of EDI transactions while driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, issue resolution, and enhanced trading partner experiences.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as a key liaison between internal business partners, external trading partners, third-party service providers, and cross-functional teams to support EDI transactions and ongoing business operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for EDI communication and issue resolution between internal stakeholders, external trading partners, and third-party providers.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex EDI transactions, mapping, and communication issues with trading partners to ensure successful processing and data integrity.
  • Lead testing and validation efforts related to application upgrades, EDI enhancements, system changes, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support analysis, testing, and validation of transaction implementations and EDI mapping activities.
  • Apply knowledge of EDI standards, transactions, and business processes to support daily operations and resolve complex business issues.
  • Function as an escalation point for complex EDI and trading partner issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for EDI processes and standards.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with customers, distributors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex business challenges and enhance EDI processes.
  • Lead EDI-related initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, transaction quality, and trading partner support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EDI processes, operational efficiency, and overall trading partner experience while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to team members.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent business experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience supporting EDI, systems integrations, business systems analysis, or related operational support functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex EDI transactions, integrations, and business process issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills with the ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and trading partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT standards and common EDI transaction sets.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
  • Working knowledge of SQL, XML, VB, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with OpenText Alloy or other EDI platforms.
  • Proficiency utilizing ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems.
  • Understanding of Oracle, ERP systems, or related business applications.
