Summary
The Financial Healthcare Analyst supports day-to-day financial operations within the SPBM/FI Operational Finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, 1099 activities, financial reporting, and related analysis. This role uses SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools to research discrepancies, support audits, and ensure financial accuracy.
Your role in our mission
  • Perform financial operations including AP, AR, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and 1099 activities.
  • Generate, review, and analyze financial reports based on client and operational requirements.
  • Use SQL and reporting tools to research, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
  • Support audits, reconciliations, gap analysis, and resolution of financial discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support ad hoc analysis.

What we're looking for
  • Experience in financial operations, accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, or related finance functions.
  • Experience using SQL to query, validate, and analyze data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

The pay range for this position is $52,600.00 - $75,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
