We are seeking a Part-time Senior Analyst.
This job is performed via Telework.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate experience developing quantitative metrics to address both performance and policy metrics.
  • Demonstrate experience producing high-quality written deliverables communicating complex program data against policy requirements.
  • Demonstrate at least two (2) years within the past five (5) years, experience with DoD or other federal SBIR/STTR program policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations.
  • Demonstrate recent (within the past 5 years) significant (minimum 2 years) experience with DoN SBIR/STTR program policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least ten (10) years of experience analyzing policies, procedures, facts, and data or (2) possess sixteen (16) years of experience analyzing policies, procedures, facts, and data.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in using MS Office, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), System Award Management (SAM), and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).

Security Clearance:
  • Must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance.
