The position leads the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex health surveillance, personnel, operational, and readiness data to support evidence-based decision-making across the U.S. Air Force. Working independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the Senior Analyst develops predictive models, conducts advanced statistical analyses, prepares scientific publications, and provides technical expertise for operational research and program evaluation initiatives. Essential Job FunctionsData Analysis & ResearchDesign, lead, and conduct advanced analyses of health surveillance, medical, personnel, operational, and readiness datasets supporting Air Force human performance and operational research.Perform statistical analyses to evaluate health outcomes, Qualtrics.Experience preparing technical reports, scientific publications, presentations, and executive briefings.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while
