ABOUT THE TEAM

As a Senior Advisor within the Gen AI & Digital Workplace team, you will join a dynamic and innovative group that leverages its intellectual leadership to create an engaging, efficient, and intuitive work environment. The Senior Advisor plays a key role within the Gen AI & Digital Workplace team to maximize the value delivered by the Technology, Data, and Operations (TDO) group to PSP's various business lines.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Advisor, GenAI & Digital Workplace, you'll:

  • Act as a lead in Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and various other AI, collaborative, automation, and productivity technologies

  • Collaborate, guide, and support the definition and implementation of solutions with partners to support the strategic vision, considering market capabilities (development, testing, implementation, and deployment)

  • Promote the use of generative AI and other emerging technologies to drive innovation

  • Simplify our technology and operations through integration, standardization, and automation

  • Advise, train, and support in the definition and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions

  • Assess opportunities to meet the constantly evolving demands for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Analyze opportunities with business partners and contribute to cross-functional recommendations within your area of expertise

  • Manage daily operational tasks and ensure they are aligned with PSP's needs and vision

  • Stay up to date with the latest productivity and artificial intelligence technologies

  • Identify, anticipate, and resolve organizational and operational issues

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology or possess a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent

  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.

  • Demonstrate a strong curiosity to explore and innovate with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AI Foundry, and other collaborative and productivity technologies

  • Expertise in digital process integration and automation to simplify operations and improve efficiency

  • Developed problem-solving skills, with knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational and operational challenges

  • Skills in liaising, training, guiding, and supporting the definition and implementation of solutions with business and technology partners

  • Ability to influence, engage, and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including business lines and corporate functions, and to mitigate potential resistance to change

  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand needs, simplify technological solutions, and demonstrate strong team spirit

  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
