  • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks.

  • 4+ years of experience working in cloud-native and containerized environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or similar technologies.

  • 4+ years of experience using relational and NoSQL databases in enterprise application environments.

  • Experience adopting and scaling artificial intelligence-assisted development tools to improve measurable engineering outcomes across teams.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience influencing engineering quality, architecture direction, and delivery practices across teams without direct reporting authority.

  • Experience with application security practices including OAuth 2.0, JSON Web Token (JWT), transport layer security (TLS), secrets management, and vulnerability remediation workflows.

  • Experience in financial services or financial technology environments.

  • Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, and written guidance for engineering and leadership audiences.
