Job Description

Seeking a full time SAP PI Developer/Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of design, development and support of SAP NetWeaver PI components and interfaces within SAP modules and with non-SAP systems. Provides input to integration test cases and through testing, identifies and resolves technical issues. In conjunction with system integrator resources provides daily support for the SAP PI components. AMS production support experience is considered a big plus. This position interfaces with SAP resources across cross functional modules, system integrator resources, and business analysts to ensure full understanding of SAP integration issues and support for proposed solutions. This position can sit in either Denver or Atlanta.

Responsibilities: Design, develop and configure SAP PI components in support of interface requirements. Creation of PI functional & technical designs for integration scenario requirements Development in Enterprise Services Repository Configuration in Integration Builder Perform performance analysis and tuning for individual interfaces. Ensure interface connectivity is configured between SAP and legacy systems. Provide on-going support and maintenance of the PI components and interfaces. Assist business teams with creation of integration test cases and plans. Support project teams during testing. Promote component reuse strategy across all development environments. Provide technical quality assurance. Ensure that development efforts adhere to analysis, design and development standards. Manage day-to-day issues and tasks related to the development and support of SAP interfaces. Compliance with client's IT processes (with regard to incident and change management) Monitor message processing and message throughput Troubleshooting and status tracking of messages Error and alert handling Root-cause analysis Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Over 5+ years of IT experience, with SAP NetWeaver's Exchange Infrastructure/Process Integration (XI/PI (7.0, 7.1)), EP, Web dynpro and ABAP. Technical, functional and architectural expertise in integrating SAP products with 3rd party applications (Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)) using different technologies - ALE-IDocs, BDocs BAPIs, XML, HTTP, JDBC, File, SOAP, JMS using SAP XI. Experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios using XI/PI, EP, Webdynpro technology and ABAP in 3 software development lifecycle implementations (SDLC), using both synchronous and asynchronous communication (end to end) interfaces Expertise in complete end to end interface scoping, documentation, development, design, implementation and support. Configuration and customization of PI-Basis functions like setting up of RFC Destinations, Port and Partner Profiles in both ECC and XI. Good understanding of XI-SOAP message format, XI-Pipeline Services and experience in XML development, ccBPM, ABAP, Java (OOPS programming) and XSLT mapping and SOAP over HTTP protocols. Experience with SAP SD (Sales order, Delivery Doc, Customer Master, Invoice) and MM (PO, Inbound Delivery), CRM, BI, MDM, SRM, PP (Production Planning) and FI-CO (Inbound, Outbound payments, General ledger postings) modules. Expertise in creating System Landscape (Technical System and Business systems), Enterprise Service Repository (Message mappings, Interface Mapping), Integration Directory (Routing Channels, Receiver/Interface determination). Configuration of Adapters (IDOC, JDBC, File, SOAP, SEEBURGER, iWay and HTTP Adapter). Working knowledge of EDI Experience with SAP IDOCS, Web Services, FTP, and JDBC Ability to perform JAVA XLST mapping in SAP Netweaver PI Experience with SAP Advanced Adapter Engine Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
