Overview:
ROLE: Test Lead
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN

I am reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity for a Test Lead with experience in CIS systems and automation tools like Playwright.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise in integration technologies and experience leading testing efforts in complex enterprise environments.
Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in real-time and file-based integrations using IBM ACE, SEEBURGER, or similar tools
  • Strong experience with automation frameworks (Playwright preferred)
  • Experience working with CIS systems
  • Ability to understand user stories and acceptance criteria to derive technical specifications from high-level solution designs
  • Experience in developing, testing, and deploying solutions to lower environments
  • Strong knowledge of business process definitions and coding standards
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues and supporting resolution efforts
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for creating and updating stories
  • Utilities domain experience preferred
  • Production support experience preferred

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
