Job description

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead all on-site contractor personnel and manage readiness, training, schedules, conflict resolution, and day-to-day team oversight. * Coordinate all shared Tier 2 operational activities with the Communications Squadron and the Communications Focal Point and escalate Tier 3 matters to the Operations Engineering Lead. * Prepare and deliver upgrade and proficiency training for Communications Squadron personnel for both legacy and modernized network environments.

* Tailor training programs provided by the PMO Operations Manager to meet base-specific operational, facility, and mission needs. * Coordinate with Civil Engineering, Safety, Environmental offices, and Security Forces for access, compliance, and safety requirements. * Manage base-level operational schedules including maintenance windows, cutovers, change execution, and restoration activities.

* Ensure operational execution conforms with engineering baselines, approved procedures, and mission constraints. * Maintain privileged access rosters and ensure compliance with all base access and authorization controls. * Validate AMF and IUID asset records and provide accurate inputs for SLA and performance reporting.

* Provide daily operational updates to the PMO Operations Manager and coordinate with the Infrastructure Deployment Manager to deconflict modernization and operational activities. * Enforce safety, OPSEC, and base access requirements for all on-site personnel. * Identify and escalate operational risks early and coordinate mitigation actions with PMO and Communications Squadron leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Seven (7) years experience leading on-site technical teams and field personnel * Seven (7) years experience IT Service Management * Incident response/Incident Management Expertise * DoD 8140 IAT II baseline certification such as Security Plus CE. * Ability to manage a twenty-four hour on-call rotation. * Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS * DoD 8140 IAT II baseline certification such as Security Plus CE.
