Global Security Operations Center Central Station Operator

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Central Station Operators to join our team in Oklahoma. This position is on-site and focuses on monitoring video surveillance, alarm systems, and incident activity to help ensure the safety and security of client properties.


As part of the Global Security Operations Center team, you will serve as a key communication point for alarm response, dispatch coordination, and customer communication. This role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor video surveillance and alarm systems for multiple client sites.
  • Respond promptly to alarm signals and follow on-screen instructions to verify and assess alerts.
  • Place outgoing calls to confirm alarm activity, dispatch the appropriate authorities, and notify designated contacts.
  • Accurately document all responses, communications, and actions taken within the alarm monitoring software.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, field personnel, and responding agencies at all times.
  • Assist with additional GSOC and operational support duties as assigned.
