Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Security Education, Training, and Awareness Specialist to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Security Services (PSS) task order. ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027 ANTICIPATED START: March 2027 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years LOCATION: Arlington, Virginia Salary Range: $105,000-$150,000 annually Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver security education, training, and awareness products for DARPA personnel and onsite contractors. • Conduct newcomer security orientation training and update materials as policies and requirements change. • Develop briefings, scripts, charts, graphics, and other products supporting NISPOM and DoD-required training. • Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual security awareness training plans. • Develop quarterly security awareness newsletters and other awareness products reflecting current security trends. • Develop and maintain training plans and individual training modules. • Coordinate with the DCSA Academy and other security education organizations. • Review and provide input regarding new or revised DoD security policies, manuals, directives, regulations, and instructions. • Manage the DARPA Learning Management System (LMS), including development, delivery, and tracking of training. • Prepare reports on security topics and coordinate meetings with security education professionals. • Coordinate and track offsite training requirements. • Provide security education supporting an analytical and innovative approach to security policy implementation. • Support initial and refresher Original Classification Authority training. Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume): • A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related security education, training, and awareness experience -OR- an Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience. • Experience performing security education, training, and awareness functions in a classified environment through a DoD support contract, defense industry, DoD civilian service, or military service. • Ability to develop and deliver professional security training and awareness products. • Knowledge of DoD security policies, regulations, and training requirements. • Strong presentation, written communication, training development, and coordination skills.
