Project Analyst - NGB Executive Secretariat

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to provide staff action support to the NGB Executive Secretariat. This role supports the processing, tracking, coordination, and completion of official NGB taskers and executive staff products.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, track, update, route, and close taskers in approved Government systems.
  • Coordinate suspense dates, reminders, and action status updates.
  • Maintain tasker logs, meeting lists, RSVP lists, and coordination records.
  • Support document preparation, packaging, routing, and archiving.
  • Assist with research and information collection for senior staff products.
  • Monitor task status and identify risk to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Government staff, Workflow Managers, and Action Officers.
  • Support updates to standard operating procedures and continuity tools.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for tasker and meeting management.
  • Protect sensitive and controlled information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in project support, staff action support, administrative analysis, workflow management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate in a high-tempo executive support environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting National Guard, DoD, Army, Air Force, or Joint Staff customers.
  • Experience with electronic task management systems.
  • Experience with classified work environments.
