Project Analyst - ANG Executive Secretariat / SACO

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO tasker and correspondence management. The position supports ANG leadership by maintaining visibility of assigned actions, coordinating response packages, and helping ensure timely and accurate completion of staff actions.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming taskers and staff action requests.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, logs, status reports, and suspense lists.
  • Coordinate with Action Officers and directorate Workflow Managers.
  • Review assigned packages for completeness and required coordination.
  • Support meeting schedules, invitations, RSVP lists, and workflow updates.
  • Assist with research, document formatting, and tasker closeout.
  • Provide status updates to Government staff.
  • Maintain repository and SharePoint content as assigned.
  • Escalate problem actions, late responses, and coordination issues.
  • Support continuity and process documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience in project analysis, task tracking, staff action support, administrative analysis, or Government operations support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in a headquarters environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ANG, NGB, Air Force, or DoD tasking processes.
  • Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, or similar systems.
  • Experience with SharePoint-based repository management.
