Job description

Seasonal Customer Success Representative (Phone Support)
Description:
Milliman Omaha is an office of intelligent, hard-working, creative minds and we are anything but corporate. Our unique structure allows for the best of both worlds: a flexible local office that recognizes individual value within a large, national firm that gives stability and structure. We offer an environment conducive to building strong relationships, while allowing independence for each person to gauge their success.
As a Seasonal Customer Success Representative, you will provide customer support through inbound and/or outbound phone calls only. This role is focused on helping customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive phone-based customer experience during our seasonal business period. This position does not include chat or email support responsibilities. Your strong communication and listening skills will help customers feel supported, informed, and confident. You will play an important role in delivering Milliman's value at every phone interaction while helping customers understand their health plan-related information and next steps. At Milliman, we strive to deliver the best products and services so people can live for today and plan for tomorrow with confidence. We are looking for someone who can support that mission through professional, empathetic, and accurate phone-based customer service.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.
