Experience Lake Tahoe from our scenic waterfront resort, nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Our guests explore winding trails, relax at the on-site spa, and dine at our award-winning restaurants-each offering cuisine prepared with care and precision by our dedicated Culinary Team.
As a Cook 1, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, thoughtfully prepared food in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. This advanced-level cook position requires strong culinary skills and experience in a high-volume setting. You'll support the culinary leadership team by assisting with prep, production, and execution of breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service-always prioritizing food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Cook 1 colleagues must be self-directed, organized, and capable of working all stations within the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates ready to take the next step in their culinary career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
