Work Environment

This position is fully remote and designed to support our clients in school-based settings. You will work closely with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective interventions for students. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine students' needs, strengths, and obstacles. This assessment will involve direct interaction with students, teachers, and parents to gather comprehensive information.
• Deliver top-quality counseling services, focusing on health education and disease management tailored to the unique requirements of youth, including coping strategies for stress and anxiety.
• Collaborate with students and multidisciplinary teams to craft personalized care plans, focusing on behavior modification techniques and lifestyle adjustments that promote long-term mental health.
• Facilitate goal-setting sessions with students, aiding them in managing chronic conditions and associated mental health struggles effectively.
• Perform regular follow-ups through outreach initiatives, based on student preferences, to sustain engagement and promote positive behavioral changes.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations and maintaining up-to-date records.

You will primarily work with a diverse student population exhibiting a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical knowledge and ethical practice.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
