Job description

This position will work closely with Rams Stadium Operations and Public Relations teams to manage our gameday accreditation platform and print all gameday credential requests. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, detail-oriented, have a strong sense of accountability and will have a passion for operational excellence. Proven experience in team or venue operations, public relations or accreditation for major events is a plus.
This internship is expected to last until mid-February of 2027 and may have irregular hours. During home game weeks, this position is expected to work Monday through Sunday and may yield 40+ hours of work. During non-home game weeks, this position may yield closer to 20 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities:
  • During home game weeks, responsible for printing approved Rams gameday credentials
  • On gamedays, serve as primary point of contact in the Box Office, responsible for organizing, printing and distributing gameday credentials
  • Assist in the management of the Rams' accreditation system, Accredit, to ensure seamless experience for system users and credential requestors
  • Ensure proper setup of all credential technology, both within the accreditation system and of the physical equipment at SoFi Stadium
  • Work with department credential contacts, stadium counterparts, external vendors and media outlets to ensure timely and accurate submission of gameday credential needs
  • Create and maintain resources related to the credential request process and general credential polices
  • Manage non-gameday stadium credentials, daily operations, and building access requests
  • Assist Rams Stadium Operations and/or Public Relations with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-2 years operational or communications experience in a sports organization (including college athletics) or a large entertainment venue
  • Extreme attention to detail and high level of organizational skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including working cross-functionally within a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to juggle and fulfill many different organizational priorities
  • Prior experience in accreditation a plus
  • Prior experience in resource creation and creation of public-facing documents a plus
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Google Suite products

*The 2026 NFL Schedule is expected to be released in May; candidates are expected to be flexible and make arrangements to ensure they can attend all home games once the schedule is announced, including potential for any in-season flexible scheduling changes.
Work Environment & Expectations:
This position is based out of the Woodland Hills, CA offices with frequent travel to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. The Rams offer a flexible working schedule, so a professional at-home setup is required, though this role is expected to be in-office at least 4 times per week, and during game or event weeks may be working on-site 6-7 days per week.

  • Must be able to sit, stand or work with hands for extended periods of time
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work flexible hours as needed, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
