What You'll Do
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (webinars, LinkedIn, email, paid ads, SEO).
  • Own lead generation-drive inbound traffic, optimize conversion rates, and track campaign ROI.
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid media campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Coordinate webinars and external events, driving attendance and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven improvements.

Content & Product Marketing
  • Develop and manage blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and ad copy.
  • Own and execute the social media strategy, primarily focusing on LinkedIn.
  • Craft compelling messaging around Work 365's product features, benefits, and differentiators for IT service providers and Microsoft partners.
  • Work closely with leadership and technical teams to translate product updates into market-ready messaging.
  • Optimize SEO strategy, ensuring high-ranking content that attracts the right audience.

Collaboration & Execution
  • Work with potential external vendors for paid ads, SEO, and content creation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (including CMO & technical teams) to refine messaging and marketing strategy.
  • Own marketing automation & CRM workflows in HubSpot to nurture and convert leads.

Continuously track and report on KPIs, refining strategies based on performance insights.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, IT services, or Microsoft partner ecosystems.
  • Proven demand generation experience-running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong content marketing skills, including blog posts, case studies, and email sequences.
  • Experience managing webinars and virtual events, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools).
  • Data-driven mindset-able to analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Self-starter, able to execute independently and work cross-functionally.
