About the Role

As the SEO & PPC Manager, you are responsible for driving our company’s digital growth by maximizing our visibility across search engines, AI-powered search platforms, and paid advertising channels. You will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our SEO, paid search, local search, and answer engine optimization efforts across multiple markets. This role is ideal for an analytical, self-directed marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of measurable business results. You will leverage data, emerging technologies, and market insights to improve lead generation, increase brand visibility, and maximize marketing return on investment. We are seeking someone who embraces change, proactively identifies opportunities, and continuously refines strategies to keep our company ahead of competitors.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads (LSA), and Performance Max

  • Manage Microsoft Advertising (Bing) campaigns

  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, negative keywords, and ad copy testing

  • Configure and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

  • Manage Local Services Ads, including lead review, dispute management, and profile optimization

  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings across all service areas

  • Build and maintain market pages and service pages to support SEO growth

  • Implement and maintain structured schema markup including FAQ, LocalBusiness, Review, and How-To schema

  • Develop and manage backlink acquisition strategies

  • Manage Google Business Profiles for all branch locations, including posts, reviews, photos, Q&A, and profile optimization

  • Develop and execute review generation strategies to strengthen local search rankings

  • Monitor local map rankings using Local Falcon or similar tools

  • Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve crawl issues, and improve site performance and Core Web Vitals

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis using SEMrush or similar platforms

  • Monitor competitor search rankings and AI-generated search visibility

  • Stay current on search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Optimize website content for AI-powered search platforms including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and featured snippets

  • Structure website content to improve Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Track AI-generated citations, brand mentions, referral traffic, and emerging AI search trends

  • Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide leadership with meaningful performance insights

  • Analyze website, campaign, and conversion data to support data-driven decision making

  • Recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements for paid and organic landing pages

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to support company growth objectives

  • Work collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to support company goals

  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Minimum Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing both SEO and paid search campaigns

  • Strong understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and traditional SEO strategies

  • Proven success improving organic rankings, lead generation, and paid advertising performance

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and communicate actionable insights

  • Experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Business Profiles, and Local Services Ads

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

  • Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and local SEO best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
