DESCRIPTION
The West Linn Market of Choice is now hiring for a Seafood Specialist! This position starts at $20.50/hour - $24.50/hour depending on experience, with growth opportunity up to $28.00/hour.

DUTIES
At Market of Choice, we prioritize outstanding customer relations by assisting with selections and recommendations of products. Customers can depend on our Seafood Specialists to consistently prepare high quality Seafood and Meat products.
As a Seafood Specialist, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately prepare customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintain a current knowledge of products and services
  • Be familiar with methods of cooking meat and seafood products
  • Assist all co-workers in all Meat Department areas when called upon
  • When not assisting customers, you'll wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of seafood, prepare and place seafood and products in display cases in attractive and eye catch ways
  • Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal applicants will have previous meat and seafood experience, but all applications will be considered. Applicants should have open availability which includes working evenings and weekends. You must be 18 years or older and obtain a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
