These skills and qualities are crucial for enabling high-performing teams, ensuring effective delivery, and continuously improving processes within Agile environments.

How does a Scrum Master typically facilitate collaboration between development teams and product owners?

A Scrum Master plays a crucial role in fostering effective communication and collaboration between development teams and product owners. They facilitate regular Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring all voices are heard and that priorities are clear.
