JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree with 13+ years of experience
Leading through our AWM Testing Council and other automation efforts.
Very strong experience with a banking and financial background
Candidate should be able to manage and guide the scrum ceremonies. Keep team motivated.
Candidate should work as a leader to keep team on tracks and resolves to maintain the flow.
Candidate should be able to drive 10+ Agile boards and deriving the discovery of the projects.
Excellent communication skills.
