Job description

Mano's Wine is looking to add a Screen Printer to our growing team! This position would entail:

  • This position will work in the Screen Print department, working with UV inks and inspecting screen printed materials.
  •  Mechanically inclined.
  • Fast paced environment
  •  Basic screen reclaiming/coating techniques
  • A basic understanding of math, specifically degrees of rotation due to the nature of the automated rotary press. 
  • Responsible for equipment set-up and troubleshooting
  • Production of products consistent with quality control standards established.
  • Perform prototype testing tasks along with any other manufacturing related tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Performs efficiency gain calculations and tracking
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a heightened level of focus on safety and has an in-depth understanding of all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and waste management practices.
  • Other duties may be assigned or duties may change based on business needs

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in screenprinting position preferred
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multi-task
