East Coast Printers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Decorator to join our dynamic team, specifically in the Embroidery department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom apparel that meets our clients' specifications, ensuring precision and excellence in every product. Key Responsibilities:

- Learn various decoration techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation to apparel and accessories. This position would be primarily in the Embroidery area.

- Review and interpret design specifications, artwork, and client requests to ensure accurate execution.

- Prepare garments and materials for decoration, including setting up equipment and ensuring proper alignment.

- Operate and maintain decorating machinery, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards before delivery.

- Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
