About Us:
Lightfire Printing is a fast-growing custom print shop specializing in DTF transfers, embroidery, wide-format printing, and personalized apparel and products. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive, hands-on work environment.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Print Shop Helper who can assist across different areas of production and fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for someone flexible, motivated, and eager to learn all aspects of custom printing.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with T-shirt and mug pressing, DTF film handling, and order preparation.
  • Float between departments such as printing, shipping, packing, or finishing as needed.
  • Operate and help maintain DTF and heat press equipment.
  • Support with wide-format printing (banners, decals, and signs).
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with DTF or wide-format printers is a strong plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge; Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule:
  • 5 days per week, including weekends.
