Expert Advisor: Commercial Print Technology Expert
What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Industry Expertise:
Commercial Print Technology: Expert-level knowledge of commercial printing technologies, including digital presses (production inkjet and toner-based systems), conventional printing (Offset, Flexography), and wide-format printing (flatbed and roll-to-roll).
Production Workflow: Deep familiarity with the end-to-end print production workflow, encompassing pre-press, job submission, color management, printing, and post-press finishing.
Industry Terminology: Fluency in specialized industry terms related to substrates, ink, resolution (DPI), print speed, color gamuts (CMYK+), throughput, and uptime.
B2B Content Strategy: Proven ability to translate complex technical features into meaningful business benefits for a professional B2B audience, specifically targeting print shop owners and production managers.
Content Evaluation: A sharp eye for assessing technical accuracy and authenticity, with the ability to eliminate marketing jargon and replace it with credible, authoritative language.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to a content team.
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications, Print Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience is highly valued and will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 5-10 years of direct professional experience in the commercial printing, graphic arts, or print marketing industry is required.
A portfolio of work demonstrating B2B technical writing, content strategy, or product marketing within the printing or a related manufacturing industry is required.
